My team and I are honored and humbled to have reached our yearly cap and received a Keller Williams capping award this month!

So, what’s a cap?

“Most agents pay a standard split to their commission where they pay a percent to the broker and they keep the rest until they hit a 'cap', or a limit on the amount they pay the broker. Once the 'cap' limit is reached, agents keep all their commission - 100% for the remainder of their capping year.”
